However, so that the reader can be informed at this early stage how the Core Strategy will look, it has been laid out in a similar form to the required layout for the Core Strategy. This document explains how we got to this stage, considers the results of previous consultations, and refers to evidence that has informed the Preferred Options and alternatives considered. Should the Preferred Options chosen be included in the final document, some of the background explanatory text, will be included in the final Core Strategy. |

| Planning Obligation and Infastructure SPD The Planning Obligation and Infrastructure SPD will be subject to a second consultation. The Council will be seeking views on the removal of the 14-unit threshold from the SPD. The proposed removal of the 14-unit threshold is the main reason for the second consultation, however comments about the revised document as a whole are still welcomed.
