- Details The Planning Obligation and Infrastructure SPD will be subject to a second consultation. The Council will be seeking views on the removal of the 14-unit threshold from the SPD. The proposed removal of the 14-unit threshold is the main reason for the second consultation, however comments about the revised document as a whole are still welcomed.
